This is the book of the text of al-Jami` al-Sahih, divided into thirty parts. The colophon data were taken from the thirtieth part to match all of them. | Date of death of the copyist: 1258 | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Chapter on the Virtues of God Almighty: O people, We created you from a male and a female and made you into peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most honorable of you in the sight of God is the most pious of you... Chapter on the Virtues of Abdullah bin Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with them both... Yahya bin Sulaiman told us Ibn Wahb on the authority of Yunus on the authority of Al-Zuhri on the authority of Salem on the authority of Ibn Omar on the authority of his sister Hafsa that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, told her that Abdullah is a righteous man... Then it is followed by the Chapter on the Virtues of Ammar.
