Chapter on gesturing (in voluntary prayer) on an animal. ... Chapter: If the mortgager and the mortgagee disagree.... (Then the Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: Whoever swears an oath by it is entitled to his money.) And according to Abu Dhar: “Therein is an evildoer who met God while He was angry with him,” without intending the adjective and adding the alif and the nun (so God revealed it). And according to Abu Dharr: Then God revealed (that it is confirmed and then recited) - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - (this verse: {Indeed, religion is sold by the covenant of God and their oaths). A small price} up to his saying {And for them is a painful punishment}. This hadith was mentioned previously in the chapter on the dispute over the well in the Book of Drinking...and it is followed by the Book of Emancipation.

وقْفُ عمدةِ ملوكِ الدوران وتسبيلُ نخبةِ آلِ عثمانَ، محيي السنةِ إمامُ الأمَّةِ السلطانُ ابنُ السلطانِ، السلطان أبو المحاسنِ والمواهبِ عثمانُ خان ابنُ السلطانِ مصطفى خان، لَا زالت أيَّامُه مصابيحَ الإقبالِ، ومساعيه الجميلة مفاتيحِ أبوابِ الآمالِ، وأنا الدَّاعي لدولتِه الحاجُّ إبراهيمُ حنيفٌ المفتِّشُ بأوقافِ الحرميْنِ المحترميْنِ، غُفِرَ له»، ووضع بعده خاتم نصه: جميل لطيف إبراهيم حنيف.وخاتم نقش بداخله ما نصه: {الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي هَدَانَا لِهَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلَا أَنْ هَدَانَا اللَّهُ} وقف عُثمان خان بْن مُصْطفى خان
