(The Book of Interpretation of the Qur’an) This is by Abu Dharr and others, and by Abu al-Waqth: The Book of Interpretation of the Qur’an In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and by others the Book of Interpretation... ... (Chapter) with the intention (Recite the Qur’an as long as it is united) as long as (your hearts) have come together. And by Abu Dharr your hearts are upon him... Shu’bah said: (My greatest knowledge) of the unity after the Kaf is that he, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, (said): That is, do not disagree (for those who were before you disagreed, so He destroyed them) That is, God, because of the difference... He said in Al-Fath: It occurred to Abdullah Ibn Imam Ahmad... that the difference was in the number [of the verses] of the Surah, whether it was thirty-five verses or thirty-six, and this hadith has been mentioned in individuals. The seventh part of Al-Bukhari’s explanation has been completed.
