Praise be to God, the One who revives the rains, the flower of the pen, the scatterer of nations, the Creator of the breeze so that they worship Him and do not associate others with Him, the One who sets the signs, the Creator of dawn, the Creator of souls, and the One who raises ghosts... As for what follows, ever since I graduated to the ranks of nobility and graduated from the pursuits of extravagance... I named it Mashriq Al-Anwar from the Sahih Al-Akhbar Al-Mustafawiyya... ... Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with him. Here you are, O God, here you are, there is no partner with you. Indeed, praise and grace are yours. And the king, “You have no partner,” used to recite this talbiyah during his Hajj and Umrah. Anas, may God Almighty be pleased with him, performed the talbiyah for Umrah and Hajj.
