It has a deficiency in the first and the last.# It has a fabrication in the papers with a different handwriting from folio 11 until the end. | Piece of the book | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Abu Jaafar told us, Muhammad bin Abdul Rahim told us, Muawiyah bin Amr told us, Zaida told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Muslim Al-Batin, on the authority of Saeed bin Jubayr, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, who said: A man came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: O Messenger of God, my mother died and she owed a month’s fast, should I make up for it on her behalf?
