Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

How did the revelation begin to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and God Almighty said, (Indeed, We have revealed to you just as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him), Abu al-Waqt told us... Al-Bukhari... He said I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: Actions are based on intentions... Chapter on the virtue of Aisha, may God be pleased with her... Do not harm me regarding Aisha, for by God the revelation has not descended upon me while I am under the quilt of a woman other than you.
