Sample Text Chapter: Every Muslim must do charity, and whoever does not have it, let him do what is right. What is this? This is a chapter in which it is mentioned that every Muslim is required to do what is right. He who does not find it from the translation, meaning whoever is not able to give charity, should do what is right. Kindness is a comprehensive name for all that is known of obedience to God Almighty, drawing near to Him, being kind to people, and all that the Sharia has recommended and forbade of good and bad things... ...Chapter: If the mortgager and the mortgagee and the like disagree, then the proof is on the claimant and the oath is on the defendant... His saying is Abu Abd al-Rahman. The nickname of Abdullah bin Masoud is his saying, so we told him of the fatḥāl of the dāl, his saying of lāfi with the fatḥah of the lām, the kasra of the fā, and the tightening of the yā’. His saying, “It was revealed” and it is narrated, “It was revealed.” His saying, “I am witness to you” and it is narrated by your witnesses, his saying, “If he swears” with the accusative of the “fa.” The research on it has gone through there, exhaustively, and God knows best what is correct, and to Him is the reference and the source.
