Notes	The name of the author came to us from the book Catalog of Manuscripts of the Al-Furqan Foundation - London in the copy preserved in the library of Aligarh Islamic University - Habib Kanj, number: 11/66 after matching the other - due to the fact that our copy was truncated with the first - while we did not find a translation of the author nor his name in the sources, except the name of a grandson of his later than the date of the copy who is familiar with the hadith.
