The copy is the second part of Sahih al-Bukhari from the beginning of the chapter on the virtues of the Ansar to the end of the Sahih. It has corrections. The word “Hashiyat Dar al-Dhahab” is permanently written in the margin in red ink in the copy. The first panel is decorated. On the margin there are many symbols and individual names written in red ink. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Its beginning: Chapter on the virtues of the Ansar and those who have settled in the abode and the faith... Musa bin Ismail told us... Ibn Ismail said that God named us with it... ... Its end: Chapter on the saying of God and setting the just scales for the Day of Resurrection... Two words beloved to the Most Merciful, light on the tongue and heavy in the scale: Glory be to God and praise be to Him, Glory be to God the Great.
