The physical condition of the manuscript is very good. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

It is incomplete, and the first one that is present is: [And shake the trunk of the palm tree to you, and fresh dates will fall on you.] Muhammad bin Yusuf said, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Mansour bin Safiya, who said: My mother told me on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her. She said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, died and we had had enough of the two black dates and water... Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, on the authority of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, he entered upon Hafsah, may God be pleased with her, and said: O his son, do not be deceived by this one whose beauty impressed you. The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, loved her. He wanted Aisha, so she told the story to the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and he smiled. The last of the twenty-eighth part of forty parts of Al-Jami’ Al-Sahih Al-Musnad Al-Mukhtasar by Imam Abu Abdullah Al-Bukhari, may God Almighty have mercy on him, and it is followed by the beginning of the twenty-ninth by Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, on the authority of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, he entered upon Hafsah, may God be pleased with her, and said: O his sons, do not be deceived by this woman who admired her beauty because the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, loved her.
