Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon the Master of Messengers, Muhammad the Seal of the Prophets, and upon all his family and companions. Sheikh... Al-Saghani said... Praise be to God, the reviver of tears, the flower of the pen, the scatterer of nations, and the creator of the breeze... The servant said... Muhammad bin Mahmoud bin Ahmed... The laam is for definition, and the definition of the laam is to distinguish what was intended by its entry... ... Q Ibn Amr, may God be pleased with him, at your command, O God, at your command, at your command, you have no partner at your command... The hadith of Anas, may God be pleased with him, is interpreted at the end of it, and in its entirety there is an indication that the Qur’an is better and is appropriate to its rank, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, according to Zubayr, from the lowest to the highest, not descending from the highest to the lowest... And God knows best what is correct, and to Him is the reference and the return.
