Physical condition of manuscript: good copy. It has traces of moisture and scratches. Disassembled. Papers glued together. #Notes and comments: Explanations and comments on them. The title in the manuscript: Sahih al-Bukhari. The name of the copyist: and the date of copying: in the conclusion of the second part. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

The opening of the manuscript: Chapter: How was the beginning of the revelation to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the saying of God Almighty [Indeed, We have revealed to you just as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him.. the verse] Al-Humaidi Abdullah narrated to us, saying: Sufyan narrated to us, saying: Yahya bin Saeed Al-Ansari narrated to us, he said: Muhammad told me.. I heard the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, saying: Actions are by intentions... Conclusion of the manuscript: He said: Have you seen that? He converted to Islam. They said: God forbid, he would not have converted to Islam. He said: Ibn Salam, go out to them. So he went out. So say: O community of Jews, fear God, for God is the One besides whom there is no god, so that you will know that he is the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.
