The date of completion of the book's writing was confirmed from the Library of the Chief Writer, No. (194); It was stated in it: “The author, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said that his collection, Ahmad bin Ali, was completed... on the first day of Rajab Al-Farad in the year one hundred and eight forty-two, except for what he added to this booklet on the twelfth of Rajab of that year. He collected the introduction in the year thirteen and began explaining it in the beginning of the year seventeen, and praise be to God.”

(His saying, Chapter on the virtue of insurance) He mentioned the narration of the lame because it is absolute and not restricted to the state of prayer... ... (His saying, Chapter on shortening the tamattu’ after Umrah)... It is in the detail that we have provided, if it is such that his hair grows out, then it is better for him to shave, otherwise, to shorten it so that the shave will fall on him during Hajj, and God Almighty knows what is correct... The second part of Fath al-Bari has been completed... Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds... It is followed in the third part by the chapter on visiting the Day of Sacrifice.
