ختمَ بِخاتمٍ وكتبَ بِداخلِه ما يَلي: الحمدُ للهِ الَّذي هدانا لهذا وما كُنّا لِنهْتديَ لوْلا أَن هدانا اللهُ. وقف عبْد الحَميدِ خان.ونصُّ الوقْف: وقف إِمام المسْلمينَ وسيد السلاطينِ السّلْطان ابْن السّلْطانِ، السّلطان عبْد الحميدِ خان ابْن السلْطانِ أحْمد خان، لا زالَ حديثُ محامدِه بينَ الأَنامِ متواترًا مشْهورًا، ولا برحَ صيتُ عدالتِه في لسانِ الخواصِّ والعوامِّ معنْعنًا مذْكورًا، وأنا الدّاعي لدوْلتِه العليَّةِ السيّد علي بهْجت المفتّش بأوْقافِ الحرمَين الشّريفَين غُفِرَ لَه.وتحتَها ختمٌ فيهِ: السيّد عليّ بهْجت إلهي أزفيض هذا خواهد.
