على صفحةِ العنوانِ قيدُ وقفٍ ما نصُّه: «قد وقفَ هذا الكتابَ المسمى الكَرْمَانِيّ مير سليمان سربوّا بين المشتهر بجيان زاده وقفًا صحيحًا بشرطِ أنْ يوضَعَ بكتبِ خانةِ مدرسةِ يوز غاد بحيثُ لَا يُباعُ ولَا يُوهبُ ولَا يُرهنُ ولا يُورثُ ولا يُبدَّلُ، {فَمَنْ بَدَّلَهُ بَعْدَ مَا سَمِعَهُ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ} سنة 1211هـ، محمَّدٌ سعيدٌ الموليخلافة بقضاء [فوراوق مع سليمان بيك]، ووضع أسفله خاتمه».#بها تصحيحاتٌ بالهامشِ.
