(Chapter) with the intention of (delaying) the traveler (the noon prayer until the afternoon prayer if he travels before the sun sets) with the lexical form of Zay and Ghayen, meaning: before it sets, and that is when the Fay’ is finished. ... (Chapter) Explaining (the end) of the permissibility of (receiving) for riders and its beginning... (So the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade them to sell it in its place until they transported it) that is, to seize it, and its meaning is that receiving outside the country is what is forbidden from it... This indicates that the permissible receiving is only what reaches the market, and the hadith explains one another. The second part is done.
