Date of death of the copyist: (799 - 879 AH) (1397 - 1474 AD) | The date of completion of the book's writing was confirmed from the Library of the Chief Writer, No. (194); It was stated in it: “The author, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said that his collection, Ahmad bin Ali, was completed... on the first day of Rajab Al-Farad in the year one hundred and eight forty-two, except for what he added to this booklet on the twelfth of Rajab of that year. He collected the introduction in the year thirteen and began explaining it in the beginning of the year seventeen, and praise be to God.” | “From the beginning of the Book of Sales to the end of the Chapter on Conditions in Endowment”

His saying, “In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,” is the book of sales, and God Almighty’s saying, “God has permitted sales and forbidden usury,” and his saying, “Unless there is a current trade that you manage among yourselves, such and such for the most,” and neither Al-Nasafi nor Abu Dharr mentioned the two verses... ...his saying, “Chapter of Conditions in Waqf”... Conclusion. The Book of Conditions included forty-seven hadiths...all of which are narrated by Muslim except for the report of Al-Zuhri, and it contains traces from the Companions, and after them eleven traces, and God knows best, followed by the Book of Commandments.

عليْها خاتَم وقْفٍ نصه: وقف لوجه الله تعالى أفقر الورى أَبو الخَيرِ أَحمدَ الشَّهيرِ بِداماد زادَه، عفا الله عنه وعن أسلافه وأخلافه سنة 1137هـ. #كتبَ في آخِرِها: الحمد لله وسلام على عباده الذين اصطفى، تتبَّعْتُ الزِّياداتِ الَّتي زادَها المُؤلِّفُ سيدنا ومولانا شيخنا شيخ مشايخ الإسلام تغمده الله تعالى برحمته مِن نُسخةِ الشَّيخِ الإمام العالم المرحوم بهاء الدّينِ بْن حرميّ مِن أوَّلِ هذا الجُزءِ وهُو كِتابُ البُيوعِ إِلى كِتابِ السّلمِ فَوجدتُها في الأصْلِ ولله الحمد، وفي بَعضِها نقْصُ كلِمةٍ أَو كلِمتَينِ، فأَلْحقْتُها ولله الحمد. كتَبَه عبْدُ العَزيزِ بنُ مُحمَّد بْن أَحمدَ بْن مُحمَّد الفيّوميّ، عفا الله عنهم بمنه وكرمه آمين.
