This copy is framed in red, and has a few corrections and minor comments, some of them from Fath al-Bari, and in its margins there are indications of the presence of omissions in it. The chapters, headings, and words of the text are written in red ink. The copy has white, in some places, and on p. 307, not a little white. At the end of the book Al-Istidhaan, p. 418, he wrote: “The author said he finished on the fourteenth of Jumada al-Awwal in the year nineteen hundred and fourteenth.” Then the copyist said: “The copyist commented on this.” The blessed part was completed on the blessed Monday in the holy month of Shaban in the year one thousand one hundred and thirty-five. الملكُ للهِ، دخلَ في حفظِ شيخ الإسلام والمسلمين ووارث عبدِه الحاجي بَشير أغا دارِ السَّعادةِ الشَّريفةِ لِسنةِ ثمانٍ وخمسينَ ومائةٍ وألفٍ.

ختمَ بِخاتمٍ وكتبَ بِداخلِه ما يَلي: أكثِرْ مِن الخيراتِ يا بَشير واللهُ يغْفِرُ الزّلّاتِ. وقف في سبيلِ اللهِ.ونصّ الوقْف: هذِه النُّسخةُ الجليلةُ مِن وقْف موْلانا صاحِبِ الخيراتِ الحِسانِ حضرت أغا دارِ السَّعادةِ الحاج بَشير وفَّقَه لِلخيرِ الجزيلِ مَن هُو على كلِّ شيءٍ قديرٌ. حرَّره الفَقيرُ إليْه تعالى محمّد أَمين المفتّش بأوْقافِ الحرمَينِ المحرّمينِ غُفِر لَه.وتحتَها ختمٌ غيرُ واضحٍ ما فيهِ.وبِجوارِها ختمٌ كتِبَ فيهِ: يا خفيَّ الألْطافِ نجِّني ممَّا أخاف. بَشير عبْدُه.
