The title of the book was written in a gold frame, the first leaves were framed, and the books and chapters were written in gold Date of the copyist’s death: He was alive in the year 749 AH | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
