Chapter on the ruling on bequeathing the lands of Mecca, buying and selling them, and that people are in the Sacred Mosque by disguise in the beginning, and Abu Dharr is in the Sacred Mosque by making it known... ...Chapter on bequeathing if someone rents land from another and one of them dies, i.e. one of those present, is the lease annulled or not... It was also narrated from other angles and at the end of it the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said to them, “We grant you permission to do so with it whatever we wish, so they settled with it until Omar - may God be pleased with him - deported them to Taima and Jericho. This part was completed thanks to God’s help, help, and good success.
