In the name of God... His saying (Chapter on stoning a pregnant woman for adultery) in a narration other than Abu Dhar regarding adultery. His saying (if she is married), meaning she gets married. The Ismaili said he means if she becomes pregnant from adultery and then gives birth, then she is pregnant, she should not be stoned until she gives birth. Ibn Battal said the meaning of the translation: Is it obligatory for a pregnant woman to be stoned or not? The consensus has been established that she should not be stoned until she gives birth... ...on the authority of Urwa, on the authority of Aisha, who said that when the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sat in a gathering or He prayed and spoke some words, so I asked him about that, and he said, if he spoke good words, it would be a seal on him, meaning a seal on him until the Day of Resurrection, and if he spoke otherwise, it would be an expiation for him. Glory be to You, O God, and with Your praise, there is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You. The last book of Fath al-Bari.
