It contains corrections, comments, and transcription differences in the margin. - At the end of writing comments from the books of Al-Bukhari’s explanations, he wrote after the last comment: “This is the end of the first half, as Al-Kirmani transmitted it from the muftis of Bukhari from the sheikhs, and its writing ended at the University of Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Abi Bakr Al-Qastalani on Thursday, the twenty-first of the holy month of Rajab Al-Fard, in the year nine hundred and eleven, and God is the one who seeks help from Qastalani.” | Date of death of the copyist: alive in the year 1175 AH. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
