It contains comments, corrections, and transcription differences in the margin. - At the beginning of it are seven folios fabricated from the beginning of the Sahih, on the beginning of which is written: “The first part of Sahih Al-Bukhari, divided into five parts.” - The handwriting in the folios changed from (165) to (178), from (193) to (200), from (209) to (219), from (286) to (293), from (299) to (204), and from (409) to (421). | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

وقفَه وما بعدَه الأربعةَ الأجزاءِ الفقيرُ محمَّدٌ مرتضى الحسينيُّ، غُفِرَ لَهُ، على طلبةِ الحديثِ، ومقرُّه بجامعِ المرحومِ محرمٍ أفندي بسويقةِ لالا، تقبَّلَ اللهُ منه، وذلكَ في عشرٍ رمضانَ سنةَ 1193 حامدًا للهِ ومصليًّا ومسلمًا.وكتبَه وقفٌ للهِ سبحانه وتعالى.
