Praise be to God... He said... Al-Saghani, God’s light is his resting place. Praise be to God, the reviver of the wretched, the flower of the pen, the creator of the breeze, and the scatterer of nations so that they may worship Him and not associate others with Him. The poor servant Muhammad ibn Mahmoud ibn Ahmad said... The Lām is for definition, and the definition with Lām is to distinguish what he intended from his income from something else, so if what is intended is the truth.... And the narration of Anas indicates that the Qur’an is better, and some of them agreed, so he said, “At the beginning of his ihram, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was alone, then he added Umrah to Hajj, so it became a comparison to the hadith of Ibn Umar.”
