Date of death of the copyist: (000 - District 842 AH = 000 - District 1438 AD) | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Chapter on Surah Al-Ma’idah regarding what they nullified, which God has written, God has made God forbidden. ...Chapter: How to pray for a married man... On the authority of Anas, may God be pleased with him: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, saw a trace of yellowness on Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf. He said: “What is this?” He said: I married a woman for the weight of a stone of gold. He said: “May God bless you, even if it is a sheep.” He completed Part Seven.
