(The Book of Sales) Selling came in its well-known meaning and in the meaning of buying, and likewise buying came in both meanings, so they are opposites, and each of the contracting parties is a seller... ... Chapter on the conversion to Islam of Salman Al-Farsi, the servant of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace... I said: It means that he converted to Islam after exchanging a few ten usuries, after emigrating from his homeland, and after living for a long period, may God be pleased with him... Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
