Praise be to God who raised the banners of Islam with the most just of sultans and reduced the signs of disbelief with the best of rulers.... Then, when the time of this sultan was a time of justice, security, and security, I resolved to explain the book of the most complete and most knowledgeable... Al-Saghani... called Mashariq Al-Anwar in the Sahih of the Prophet Al-Mukhtar, limiting himself to solving its problems in every place except explaining the first hadith, which is of some interest and exposed to the defect that occurred in the explanation of some of the brothers... And I am the poorest of servants, Khadr bin Mahmoud bin Omar. Al-Atufi... I intend to call him Kashf Al-Mashariq... Ibn Masoud, may God be pleased with him, said that I do not know that the last of the people of Hell to leave it and the last of the people of Paradise to enter Paradise is a man who comes out of Hell crawling, and God says to him, “Go and enter Paradise,” and God imagines that it is full, so he comes back and says, “O Lord, I have found it full,” and God says, “Go and enter Paradise, for you have something like this world.”
