In the original index, it was said that this copy has two parts, and this contradicts what is found here.# It has perforations; This was stated on the title page, where it read: “It has a hole from his saying ‘Umma’ to his saying, so some of them became at the bottom written by ‘Abd al-Majid.” | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Chapter: How was the beginning of the revelation to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the saying of God, Blessed and Most High, “Indeed, We have revealed to you.” ...Chapter on the virtue of Aisha, may God be pleased with her... He said, O Umm Salamah, do not harm me regarding Aisha, for by God, the revelation has not descended upon me while I was under the quilt of a woman among you other than her. The first half was completed.
