There are manuscripts of the same manuscript under the title: Revealing the Secrets in Sharh Mashariq Al-Anwar in the Hagia Sophia Library: (717), and Topkapı: (2880, 2881). See Jami’ al-Sharhu’ wa al-Hawashi by al-Habashi: (3/1989). #- With much research and excavation, I did not find a history of the work or any information that proves what century or time it was. - In the first pages of the book, the work mentioned its chains of transmission to some books, such as the book Maalim al-Tanzeel and Sharh al-Sunnah, both by al-Baghawi, and the book al-Shifa and Ikmal al-Mu’allim, both by Judge Ayyad al-Maliki, and other books.- It should be noted that the name of the book agrees with the book by Akmal al-Din al-Babarti. Tuhfat Al-Abrar, then we found in some indexes that Al-Arbli had a book entitled Kashf Al-Asrar fi Sharh Mashariq Al-Anwar, and it is most likely that this is the book we have, and that it was known by two titles. - We can try to determine the century of the author, especially since it has been stated that the author was a student of Al-Saghani and that he was one of the scholars of the seventh century, but if we trace the resources of the work in his book, we can determine some of the centuries that the author is from. - The headers of the chapters, the symbols of the hadith scholars, and some indicative words are written in red ink. - It has comments. - It has corrections. -
Sample Text The opening of the manuscript: Praise be to God, who has bestowed upon us, clothed in grace with abundant ends, turned upon us the clouds of the Sunnah the edge of disagreements, produced for us the most beautiful branches of knowledge and the lowest harvests, bestowed for us the sections of affections with the sunshine of kindness, enriched with His generosity the gardens of the masterpiece of the righteous, and filled with His grace the springs of lights. ... Conclusion of the manuscript: ... Ibn Omar only wears silk if he has no manners. Creator: luck and share, i.e. he who observes has no share in religion. This hadith has been discussed previously, and God knows best, and this is the end of the second chapter... The first part of the book Tuhfat Al-Abrar was completed in Sharh Mashariq Al-Anwar and is followed by the second part...
