Praise be to God... He said... Al-Saghani, God’s light is his resting place. Praise be to God, the reviver of the wretched, the flower of the pen, the creator of the breeze, and the scatterer of nations so that they may worship Him and not associate others with Him. And our Lord said.... The truth, religion, and religion were perfected by Muhammad ibn Mahmoud ibn Ahmad... The Lām is for definition, and the definition with Lām is to distinguish what is intended by its income from something else. If what is intended is the truth.... And the hadith of Anas is carried at the end of it, and in the sentence it contains an indication that the Qur’an is better. It is appropriate for its rank, may God bless him and grant him peace, to rise from the lowest to the highest, not to descend from the highest to the lowest, and God knows best what is correct.
