(The Book of Borrowing) i.e. requesting a loan (and repaying debts and stones), which is the language of prohibition and in Sharia the prohibition on disposal, and its reasons are many, replaced by branches... (Chapter) with the intention (when he said, “This slave girl has served you”)... (Conclusion) The book of Al-Haya’a and the hadiths with it of Al-Amri and Al-Aariyya included ninety-nine hadiths... And the hadith of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them both, in the forty strands, and it contains traces from the Companions and thirteen after them.
