Abd al-Latif bin Abd al-Aziz, known as Ibn al-Malik... and I named him Mubariq al-Azhar in Sharh Mashriq al-Anwar... ...... meaning, one who wants to perform Umrah, or by removing the lower part, i.e., to perform Umrah.
