The copy has a hole of five booklets, as indicated by the commentary and the number of booklets. From the eleventh pamphlet until the continuation of the fourteenth pamphlet.# On the title page is the seal of the library of the Imam Hussein Mosque. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

وقف وحبس وتصدق بهذا الكتاب وهو الجزء الأول من متن «البخاري» المكرم محمد أفندي ابن المكرم أحمد لوجه الله الكريم؛ راجيا بذلك ثوابه العظيم، لا يباع ولا يرهن ولا يغير ولا يبدل، {فمن بدله بعد ما سمعه فإنما إثمه على الذين يبدلونه إن الله سميع عليم}، وجعل مقره بضريح المقام الحسيني رضي الله تبارك وتعالى عنه وأرضاه، 3 صفر سنة 1296هـ. محمد أفندي أحمد. ووضع محرر الوقف خاتمه.
