The copy is in good condition, the cover and edges are machined and gilded, and the words “Hadathna” and “Chapter” are written in red ink | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

The opening of the manuscript: Chapter on how the revelation to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, began, and the saying of God Almighty: We have revealed to you just as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him... The conclusion of the manuscript: On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: I said: O Messenger of God, I heard a lot of hadith from you, but I forgot it. He said: Spread your cloak, and you spread it, so he scooped it with his hand, then said: He pressed it into it.
