Praise be to God, the One who revives the sorrows, the one who directs the pen, the one who spreads the nations, and the One who creates the breeze... As for what follows: Since I have risen to the ranks of honour... in wading the seas of hadith and riding its glory, I know that whoever ascends to the rule of exaltation is disdained by those who seek refuge in its depths, and whoever rises to the heights of Sunni virtues, the nations submit to him. Omar: Oh God, here you are, here you have no partner, here you are. Praise and blessings are yours and dominion, you have no partner. He used to recite this talbiyah during his Hajj and Umrah.
