Then under it he wrote a small introduction from Al-Qastalani’s explanation of Sahih Al-Bukhari, then he explained the Basmalah, then at the end he wrote Qastalani. He also did in the footnotes where he put excerpts from Al-Bukhari’s explanation by Imam Al-Qastalani, and at the end of the speech Qastalani writes, and he continued like that until folio No. 12, then the text became with very few corrections, until the end of the book. And in Folio No. 173, he placed the book of sales on a new page amid colorful decoration. And so he did in... \| On the first sheet of paper he wrote the titles of some books and chapters. Praise and thanks be to God, as to Him and from Him success is derived in completing the fourth volume.” Then he began on the next page with the book: Sacrifices and Hunting. Endowment seals are present on the beginning and end of the copy only. Explanations and comments were written within the text itself in small handwriting. \| The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
