The copy is part of Sahih Al-Bukhari. | Piece of the book | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

The opening of the manuscript: Chapter on the hadith of Ka’b ibn Malik and the saying of God Almighty: “And upon the three who succeeded” Yahya ibn Bukayr told us, Al-Layth told us, on the authority of Aqeel, on the authority of Ibn Shihab.... ... The conclusion of the manuscript: ... “In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, from Muhammad, the Messenger of God, to Heraclius, the great of the Romans... I saw among you the one I loved, so they prostrated to him and were satisfied with him.” على يد عبد المنعم بن الشيخ جبري.
