Chapter on praying in sheep pens. The plural of “lamrab” is the unified kasra, the shelter of sheep. His saying (then we heard him) is the saying of Abu Al-Tayyah and (after) it is based on the damma, that is, after that statement and the purpose is that he said first absolutely and said secondly restricted to the restriction of building the mosque, and if absolute and restricted, whether the absolute precedes or delays, the absolute applies to the restricted... ... I said perhaps it is abbreviated from the hadith in which that is, or that since the difference between a sale of its kind and a sale of a different kind is equal, I feel that in the rest of the conditions they are in common, and the exchange in the council is a condition in the kind as well as agreement in the other kind.
