Notes	It contains comments, footnotes, and transcription differences in the margin. - It was written in a Moroccan script. - It has severe blurring on some of the pages. - We have proven the date of copying by looking at the last part of the book, which is the fourth book, in the copy of the National Library in Paris (683). \| The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
Sample Text	The book on fasting, chapter on the obligation of fasting during Ramadan. Chapter: Asking the polytheists to show them a sign, so he showed them the splitting of the moon. The second book has been completed, and it will be followed at the beginning of the third, God willing, by the merits of the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
