Letter Ha and it includes three books. The first book mentions the two migrations. Aisha said, “I never understood my parents unless they condemned the religion, and not a day passed without the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, coming to us at both ends of the day, morning and evening. When the Muslims were afflicted, Abu Bakr went out migrating towards the land of Abyssinia until when he reached Bark al-Ghumād, he met Ibn al-Daghna... Al-Khattabi said, and in his saying, “Whoever swears by al-Lat and al-Uzza, let him say ‘There is no god but God’” is evidence that the one who swears by them and whatever they mean is not obligated to expiate the oath, but rather he is obliged to repent and ask for forgiveness, which is the Shafi’i doctrine, and that preceded the end of the fourth part... and it is recited at the beginning of the fifth part of it, the third pillar in the rings.
