He wrote the main titles in red, as well as the word chapter.#- He placed at the beginning of the copy a tabulated index of the books and chapters contained.#- At the beginning was an ornate and colorful introductory plate, and all of its pages are framed.# It has the letters of pages 9, 10, 445, | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
