As long as he was an infidel, Omar ibn al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, was flogged, according to what al-Shafi’i reported to him, Abu Bakra Nufay’ ibn al-Harith ibn Kalada... ... Chapter on the Hadith of Al-Ghar... Chapter...
