In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar said, “The basmalah is established for most in the chapter on the obligation of the fifth by including the kha’ and the meem, and it began its obligation with the verse {And know that whatever thing you spoil, a fifth belongs to God and to the Messenger} ... ... for a dinar, and he sold one of them, i.e., one of the two sheep, for a dinar. He was a noble man and a boy of Dharr and the time, so he came with the fa instead of the waw for a dinar and a shah, so he prayed, peace and blessings be upon him, to bless him in selling it, according to Ahmad’s narration.
