This copy contains the fourth and fifth parts. The fourth ended in folio 80/b, then in 85/b he ended his speech by saying that the second part of Bukhari’s text was complete.# The other part was missing as it ended truncated. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.
