It contains comments, corrections, and transcription differences in the margin. - The first is missing. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

The end of the hadith on the safety of women and their neighbourhood. Then he followed it with a chapter: The responsibility of Muslims and their neighbors is one, which the lowest of them should strive for. ...Chapter on the words of God Almighty: {And God took Abraham as a friend}. The thirteenth part of Al-Bukhari’s book was completed in parts of thirty, followed by the fourteenth part, the beginning of which is the chapter on the Almighty’s saying: {And tell them about the guest of Abraham}.

وقفُ المقرِّ الفخريِّ عبدِ الغنيِّ بنِ المقرِّ المرحومِ التاجيِّ عبدِ الرزاقِ ابنِ أبي الفرجِ، وجعَلَ مقرَّه بالخزانةِ بالمدرسةِ المستجدَّةِ بخطِّ بينَ السورينِ إنشاء المشارِ إليه وشرَطَ بأن لَا يخرجَ من بابِ ... وبأن يكونَ المطالعةُ فيه من داخلِ المدرسةِ، وبأن لَا يستقرَّ عنه أحدٌ بالمدرسةِ أكثر ... يومًا، {فَمَنْ بَدَّلَهُ بَعْدَ مَا سَمِعَهُ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيم} كما شرَطَ ... المدرسة المذكورة الرقّ المحيط، وَحَسْبُنَا اللهُ ونِعْمَ الوكيلُ، تقبَّلَ اللهُ تعالى منه ...
