Israel, which has been oppressing the people of the region, especially Muslims, since the day it was founded in Palestinian territory, acts like a terrorist organization. As a recent development; It has carried out many attacks on Gaza since October 7, 2023, killing or injuring thousands of innocent people living in Gaza. These attacks violate the rules of International Law, Law of War and International Criminal Law, International Criminal Court decisions, Geneva and Hague Conventions, UN Convention on Conventional Weapons, Human Rights Watch reports and human conscience. In Gaza, Israel bombed babies, children, women, unarmed civilians, journalists, hospitals, schools, civilian residences, mosques and churches, refugee camps, ambulances, wounded convoys, cultural heritage, used phosphorus bombs, mistreated prisoners, made the civilian population suffer from hunger and thirst, imposed an embargo on energy and other basic needs, forced approximately two million people to migrate, and implemented a policy of mass extermination of the people of the region. All these issues, in addition to being the subject of war crimes, are also the subject of crimes against humanity. In the face of Israel's series of massacres and unlawful actions since its establishment, many countries, especially the USA, have provided unconditional military and political support to the Israeli administration. The USA provides military aid to Israel worth $3.8 billion annually and vetoes resolutions against Israel in the UN Security Council. In addition to the USA, countries such as France, Germany, England and Canada also try to legitimize Israel's attacks and do not lift the embargo on Gaza. In addition, these countries do not prevent Israel's settlement activities in the occupied territories and do not put pressure on Israel to ensure that it complies with international law. These countries are complicit in crimes against humanity by supporting Israel's war crimes. In the face of all the drama and oppression taking place in Gaza, academics working at various universities around the world, human rights defenders, artists, athletes, journalists, opinion leaders, clergy, judges and prosecutors call on the international community to take action. These people demand that the suffering in Gaza be stopped immediately, those responsible be held accountable, the right to life and freedom of the people of Gaza be protected, the embargo on Gaza be lifted, the reconstruction of Gaza and the Palestinian people achieve an independent state. These demands are declared as a historical, conscientious, moral and civil duty. The main purpose and problem of this article is the prosecution of Israel, which has seized Palestinian lands and committed genocide by using disproportionate force against the people of the region at every opportunity, with the support of many states, especially the USA, and other powers that support it. Study; In addition to mass media, social media platform and newspaper portal news, magazine articles, books, etc. It was prepared based on the data obtained by the source scanning method using arguments. In the face of all the dramas and atrocities taking place in Gaza, academics, human rights defenders, artists, athletes, journalists, opinion leaders, clergy, judges and prosecutors from universities around the world are calling on the international community to take action. They demand an immediate halt to the suffering in Gaza, accountability for those responsible, the protection of the right to life and freedom of the people of Gaza, the lifting of the embargo on Gaza, the reconstruction of Gaza and an independent state for the Palestinian people. These demands are declared as a historical, conscientious, moral and civilized duty. The main purpose and problem of this article is the prosecution of Israel, which has captured the Palestinian territories and committed the crime of genocide by using disproportionate force against the people of the region at every opportunity with the support of many states, especially the USA, and the other powers that support it. The study has been prepared based on the data obtained through the method of source scanning by utilizing arguments from mass media, social media platforms and newspaper portal news, as well as magazine articles, books, etc..
