Throughout the history of Islam, scholars have paid great attention to the correct understanding and interpretation of hadiths, and they have seen it as a religious duty to make an effort and engage in mental work at this point. Hadith commentaries emerged as the product of such an effort. In this study, the aim of this study is to introduce the hadith commentaries of a person like Ibn Dakîki'l-Îd, who made important works in terms of correctly understanding and interpreting the hadiths that constitute the source of religious provisions, to investigate his approaches at this point, and to determine whether he has a unique hadith commentary and interpretation method. In this context, in the introduction section, the importance of hadith commentary is emphasized and brief information about the historical course of this effort is given. In the first chapter, the concept of hadiths of the rules was discussed, the place of the hadiths related to the rules among other narrations was tried to be determined, and the definitions regarding the concept of "hadiths of the rules" were put forward. In the second chapter, the commentaries written by Ibn Dakîki'l-Îd were examined in detail. In the third chapter, some of the methods he used in hadith commentary, such as siyâk, cem'ut'turûk and sebeb-i vurud, are discussed.
