Notes People have established some political systems since the time they managed to become a society; There has always been a relationship and interaction between these systems. However, it is seen that some international actors pursue secret ambitions by following a tactical policy instead of a clean and decent foreign policy strategy, and do not follow a principled and stable foreign policy strategy. Political and economic crises experienced on a global scale today, as in the past; It stems from the fact that states that do not follow a principled foreign policy strategy direct the world. The Prophet's (pbuh) foreign relations strategy is entirely based on the Quran; because it is the living state of the Quran. Its strategy is to purify people from bad moral behavior and to give them a human identity. The point we draw attention to with this study is that Hz. The foreign relations of the Prophet (pbuh) are the basis and role model for a stable, secure and principled foreign policy strategy. In accordance with this universal and trust-based foreign policy strategy, Hz. In his letters of invitation to Islam (أَسْلِمْ تَسْلَمْ), the Prophet (pbuh) invited the heads of state to these universal principles with the message "Be a Muslim so that you will be safe in this world and the hereafter".
