In this study, we will briefly discuss Abu Hayyân al-Andalusî's life, scientific education, teachers, students, works and his test with philosophy as a commentator. Our aim is to see the impact of the education the author received and the environment in which he grew up in the formation of his scientific personality and to reveal their effects on the shaping of his culture. It is to reveal his perspective on positive sciences, especially his approach to philosophy. In addition, the aim of this research is to determine the place of positive sciences among Islamic sciences in the Andalusia region at that time, based on the person of Abu Hayyan.
