Author Emrullah Dumlu, who deals with the hadith discussions of Islamic jurists, makes a special analysis of the news of vahid. In the study, which first dealt with the subject at a theoretical level, the place of news in the news category was determined by focusing on news theory, and then the historical background of the discussions was determined. Following the theoretical part, where the main discussion areas are discussed, the impact of the discussions on khabar al-wahid on fiqh issues has been tried to be revealed with practical examples. The author Emrullah Dumlu, who deals with the hadith debates of Islamic jurists, makes a special analysis of K̲h̲abar al-Wāḥid. In the study, which first deals with the subject at the theoretical level, the Khabar theory is emphasized and the place of the Khabar in the Khabar category is determined, and then the historical background of the discussions is determined. After the theoretical part in which the main discussion areas are discussed, the effect of the discussions about the K̲h̲abar al-Wāḥid on the fiqh issues has been tried to be revealed with practical examples.
